Privacy Policy

Orders Connect, operated by SAB-TECH HUB, uses customer information to provide shopping, order fulfillment, account, support, rewards and notification services.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect your name, email address, phone and WhatsApp number, optional profile photo, delivery or pickup information, order and payment transaction references, purchase history, loyalty and wallet activity, support messages, and device notification tokens.

Payments

Payments are processed through the payment provider configured by Orders Connect. The store records order amounts, payment status and transaction references needed to match a payment to an order. Card numbers, mobile money PINs and similar payment credentials are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Orders Connect.

How information is used

We use information to create and secure accounts, process and fulfill orders, provide customer support, send transactional notifications, operate loyalty and referral features, prevent misuse, maintain business records and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Service providers

We may use service providers for payment processing, hosting, email, SMS and push notifications. Those providers process data only as needed to provide their services and are subject to their own privacy and security obligations.

Notifications and marketing

Transactional notifications may include order, payment, pickup, rewards and support updates. Marketing push notifications can be turned off separately in the mobile app. Device notification permission can also be changed in your device settings.

Account deletion

You can initiate permanent account deletion from the mobile app under Account, or from the Account Deletion page on this website. If you have an active order, deletion is available after that order is delivered/collected or cancelled so the store can complete or resolve the transaction. Account credentials and associated account data are then deleted. Historical order or payment records may be retained when reasonably necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal obligations; retained records are detached from the deleted account and personal fields are removed where they are not required.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect customer information. Production deployments should use HTTPS for all website, API and payment traffic. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may update your profile, remove your optional profile photo, manage notification preferences, or request account deletion. You may also contact support about privacy questions.
